Submitting a request for a request-to-book product does not reserve a room or experience. The team first checks availability, price and applicable terms.
Final confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed after the final price, cancellation terms and required details are communicated and the agreed payment or confirmation step is completed, followed by a clear booking reference or confirmation.
Traveler details
Names and required traveler details should match the travel documents used for the service where applicable. The customer is responsible for reviewing information before confirmation.
Prices and changes
A requested or indicative rate is not final until supplier availability is verified. A rate can change when dates, traveler count, room type or services change.
Supplier terms
Hotels, tours and other suppliers may have their own cancellation and amendment rules. The terms confirmed for your booking are the terms that apply.
