Platform use
The platform may be used only for legitimate travel purposes. Account abuse, system interference and attempts to access information that does not belong to you are prohibited.
Content and pricing
Travel content is informational and may be updated. The final price, availability and product-specific terms are those confirmed during the booking or request-to-book process.
Travel suppliers
A stay, tour or transport service may be fulfilled by an independent supplier. Confirmed services may also be subject to supplier rules communicated as part of the booking.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting login credentials and providing accurate information. Accounts may be restricted when misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Changes
Destinations, schedules and services can change because of availability, operational conditions or force majeure events. Material changes will be communicated before confirmation where reasonably possible.
Intellectual property
The Digiolia Travel name, platform design, original content and software elements are protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.
